I found the hotel to be a bit of a mixed bag. On one hand, the rooms were spacious with a comfortable king-size bed and a good mattress, but the access through the dirty and outdated corridor network was a downside. However, the comprehensive guide in my room was helpful. The service was excellent with wonderful staff who made my stay unforgettable, despite the high number of guests. The location was perfect, within walking distance to the city center and right next to a clean bus station. The dining experience was enjoyable with a special omelette made for me, but the cold pool, lack of service, and poor breakfast were negatives. The facilities were decent overall.
